ONCE I REGISTER, THEN WHAT HAPPENS?

Step 1. Once you register, I will send you an email welcoming you. You will also receive an email with the calendar of events of when I go LIVE over the 30-Day-Challenge. This will help you plan which live sessions you would like to attend.

Step 2. As we get closer to the first day of the challenge, I will send you information about how to join the 30-Day Challenge Facebook group, how to join Marco Polo if you're a VIP member, and I will also give you a few small homework assignments to do - to get ready for the challenge.

Step 3. Starting on January 25th, I will send you an email in the morning, with Day #1's focus. I will also send you an email with the Zoom link to our first live session together.

Step 4: Each day you will enjoy receiving one email for 30 days walking you through new ways to create long-term weight loss results!  

Step 5: Through Live QandA, Trainings, and Masterminds, you'll have the time to share, connect, and ask for help as you navigate through this powerful 30-Day journey.


WHAT IF I CAN'T JOIN THE TRAININGS LIVE.?

You are in good company! We get that you have a life, that you work, might not live in a time zone where the times work, and we know that most people can't attend every training live.

The good news is that we record all of the trainings for you and send you the replays so that you can listen, enjoy and take action at the time that works best for YOU. Plus, you can download each training and listen to them as many times as you choose.

WHAT IF I DON'T USE FACEBOOK? CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Yes!
If you are not a Facebook user, you can absolutely participate. Yes, you might miss out on some of the social pieces of the challenge, but every single Facebook Live that I conduct, you will also have the opportunity to call-in to the training, and participate by calling in, if that's more comfortable for you.

I have also begun incorporating Zoom, so there are other opportunities to connect to me and group members.

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

The 30-Day Challenge is 30 days long.


HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE ME TO GO THROUGH THIS MATERIAL EACH WEEK?

For the best results, I recommend taking 3-5 hours per week to go through the daily emails, join live or listen to the recordings at your convenience, and to take action. Of course, the time it takes to implement these tools varies, depending on your experience, availability, and specific needs.


HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE ME TO BEGIN SEEING WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS?

We wish we could tell you precisely how long it will take for you to begin seeing your body transform. We love all bodies and know that all bodies are different. We see some participants lose weight within the first week, where others begin seeing results after a few weeks of this course. We recommend focusing on implementing the process and tools, and your weight loss results will be the outcome of you shifting your habits and your relationship with food.

WILL YOU GIVE ME A DIET PLAN/FOOD PLAN TO FOLLOW?

NO! This program is the complete opposite of that! You will change your body from the inside out by developing tools each week to shift your relationship with food. You already know that celery is healthier than a cookie. Your weight gain isn't what to eat, as much as learning to focus on shifting what's at the SOURCE of your weight gain.


HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAILS AND LIVE TRAININGS?

The good news is that you will have access to these trainings forever.  You will be able to reference them whenever you need, for as long as you’d like.  Printing out each day's emails and downloading the live trainings that you enjoy the most, will ensure that you will be able to keep them forever.
